The heart behind everything I do is to help you know Him more deeply, find healing and freedom in Christ, and walk victoriously in the purpose He has placed within you.

From Knowing About God to Truly Knowing Him

Then God began to change everything.

When Neil and I began dating, he challenged me to dig deeper into my faith, to read the Bible for myself and know God’s Word rather than simply accept everything I had been taught. Together, we began learning about spiritual warfare, experiencing deliverance, and encountering God in ways I had never known before.

It became the beginning of a journey from simply knowing about God to truly knowing Him.

And as I grew in that relationship with Him, God began opening doors that once seemed impossible. The girl who was once told that women could not lead worship would eventually become a worship director, lead others into worship, and help churches develop worship teams and choirs.

God didn’t just restore my love for music. He expanded my understanding of worship, ministry, freedom, leadership, and relationship with Him.

Today, the painful and beautiful parts of my story are both part of how I minister. They are why I care so deeply about helping people know God for themselves, know His Word, walk in freedom, ask questions, heal from religious hurt, and experience a genuine relationship with Jesus, not simply practice religion.

My story has taught me that God can redeem the very places where we experienced hurt and limitation and use them for His glory. And that is the heart behind everything I do: to help you know Him more deeply, find healing and freedom in Christ, and walk victoriously in the purpose He has placed within you.

I grew up as a pastor’s kid and spent my entire life in church. At 16, I gave my life to the Lord, and I always knew I wanted to sing and play music for Him. But over the years, I discovered something that would change the way I understood my faith: knowing about God and truly knowing Him for yourself are two very different things.

I grew up in a religious church environment where women were not permitted to regularly lead worship or sing on stage with the worship band unless it was considered a “special.” I was naturally free-spirited, curious, and always asking, “Why?” But eventually, I learned to stop asking questions because I was often told to simply be quiet. I became a people pleaser and struggled to say no. One experience that stayed with me was when I declined to play for a women’s conference and was told that my hands would fall off because I didn’t love the Lord.

Those experiences left wounds that shaped how I understood God, ministry, leadership, and even myself.

I’d love to walk alongside you.
